Track your ishicai order

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation on your carrier’s tracking page. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch.

If you cannot find your shipping email, or if tracking has not updated after the carrier’s normal scan window, contact support@ishicai.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Please check the delivery address and the carrier’s latest status before contacting us. We will help investigate delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcels.
